Indeed, and there will be many such examples. Women who hoped that their campaign would move the Government feel very disappointed. It is true that those in one group may have to wait for 18 months rather than two years, but they are still extremely disappointed at the Government's failure to recognise that what they propose will have a disproportionate effect on a number of women who no longer have time to plan adequately for the future.
