Proceeding contribution from Baroness Chapman of Darlington (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 18 October 2011. It occurred during Debate on bill on Pensions Bill [Lords] (Programme) (No. 2).

Pensions Bill [Lords] (Programme) (No. 2)
