35: After Clause 6, insert the following new Clause— ““Locally based cooperation and collaboration The Government must issue guidance to encourage locally based cooperation and collaboration between schools in areas including— (a) behaviour, (b) attendance and registration, (c) peer improvement, (d) raising standards.””
