86ZZZJ: Clause 76, page 55, line 15, at end insert— ““(A1) A person is entitled to the daily living component at the basic rate if— (a) the person’s ability to carry out daily living activities is limited by the person’s physical or mental condition; and (b) the person meets the required period condition.””
