92ZZA: Clause 17, page 13, line 32, at end insert— ““(5A) Regulations must also secure procedures for the Board to require clinical commissioning groups not to appoint to the Board or a sub-committee of a clinical commissioning group any person who is an employee or a share-holder of a commissioning support organisation.””
