103ZZZA: Clause 102, Page 68, line 25, at end insert— ““(8) For the purposes of this section, ““entitlement”” means the amount that would have been awarded to the claimant had the claim been correctly represented and all relevant material facts disclosed for the period to which the overpayment applies.””
