Protection of Freedoms Bill
130: After Clause 38, insert the following new Clause— ““Clarification of unlawful interception under RIPA (1) After section 2(7) of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (meaning and location of ““interception”” etc) insert— ““(7A) The fact that the intended recipient has collected or otherwise accessed such stored communication, shall not affect the definition of communication in transmission under subsection (7).””””
