My Lords, I am profoundly disappointed but beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 349 withdrawn. Clauses 278 to 284 agreed. Clause 285 : Breaches of duties to co-operate Clause 285 : Breaches of duties to co-operate Amendments 350 and 351 not moved. Debate on whether Clause 285 should stand part of the Bill.
