62M: After Clause 141, insert the following new Clause— ““Review into the impact of the calculation of universal credit The Secretary of State shall conduct a review into the impact of the calculation of universal credit, to conclude one year after the coming into force of this provision, and shall publish a report on the review to both Houses of Parliament, on— (a) claimants’ ability to access childcare, and (b) the impact on work incentives for second earners.””
