14: Clause 146, page 109, line 4, at end insert— ““( ) Nothing in subsections (1) to (5) have the effect of changing the requirement in the Child Poverty Act 2010 for the Secretary of State to publish and lay before Parliament a UK Child Poverty Strategy and to describe the progress that he considers necessary— (a) to meet each of the targets in sections 3 to 6 of that Act in order to reach these targets by the end of the target year; and (b) the progress he intends to make in the period covered by the Strategy to ensure that so far as possible children do not experience socio-economic disadvantage.””
