15: Schedule 1, page 113, line 3, at end insert— ““Work-related requirements 6A Regulations may provide that a claimant who— (a) has a right to reside in the United Kingdom under the EU Treaties, and (b) would otherwise fall within section 19, 20 or 21, is to be treated as not falling within that section.””
