56A: After Clause 104, insert the following new Clause— ““Public authorities (1) The Freedom of Information Act 2000 is amended as follows. (2) In Part VI (other public bodies and offices: general) of Schedule 1 (public authorities), after ““The Consumer Panel established under section 16 of the Communications Act 2003”” insert ““The Corporation of Trinity House””.””
