Proceeding contribution from Lord Forsyth of Drumlean (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 21 March 2012. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Scotland Bill.

Scotland Bill

This is all very sensible and I have no problem with any of it, but will the noble Lord say a bit about the timetable? How long will this process run for? I would be horrified if we found ourselves coming back here at the end of the year with this matter still not resolved. Does he think that this needs to be done by the Summer Recess? He said earlier that it should not take too long. How long is took long?
