Scotland Bill
3: Clause 11, page 9, line 6, at end insert— ““( ) If a system of Visitors Permits is introduced, holders of a firearm certificate or a shot gun certificate issued elsewhere in the UK shall not be required to obtain a Scottish Visitors Permit in respect of air weapons.””
