Finance (No. 4) Bill

I beg to move, That the Bill be now read a Second time. This year's Finance Bill is the next step in delivering the coalition Government's core aims of returning this country to sustainable, shared prosperity, dealing with the deficit, supporting the private sector, restoring economic growth and clearing up the mess that the Labour party made of the British economy.
