That this House do not insist on its Amendment 31 to which the Commons have disagreed for their Reason 31A. That this House do not insist on its Amendment 31 to which the Commons have disagreed for their Reason 31A. 31A Because it is not appropriate to make an exception from clauses 43, 45 and 46 for proceedings which include a claim for damages for respiratory disease or illness arising from industrial exposure to harmful substances.
