Report by House of Commons Liaison Committee on allocation of time for consideration of Estimates on alloted days for Class XIII, Votes 1 - 4, and Class III, Votes 3 and 4

Sir Terence Higgins reported, pursuant to Standing Order No. 131 (Liaison Committee), That the Liaison Committee had directed him to report the following recommendation for the allocation of time for the consideration of Estimates on allotted days (being the third allotted day in the present Session). That a day not later than 5th August be allotted for the consideration of the following Estimates for the financial year 1995-96: 1. Class XIII, Votes 1 to 4, Department of Social Security, in so far as they relate to expenditure on social security; 2. Class III, Votes 3 and 4, Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food: operational expenditure, and departmental administration and agencies, in so far as they relate to the prevention and control of animal diseases and import health controls on animals; and that debate on the first Estimate be interrupted not later than three hours after its commencement. Report to lie upon the Table.
