EU: The Hague Programme—Justice and Home Affairs

Lords debate on motion to take note of the report of the European Union Committee on The Hague Programme: a five year agenda for EU justice and home affairs (HL 84 2004/05). Agreed to on question. (Part 1 of 2). (Also debated with Lords motions to take note of the reports of the European Union Committee on After Madrid: the EU's response to terrorism (HL 53 2004/05; Judicial Co-operation in the EU: the role of Eurojust (HL 138 2003/04; and Strengthening OLAF, the European Anti-Fraud Office (HL 139 2003/04).
