Third Sector

My right honourable friend the Minister of State, Cabinet Office (Angela E Smith) has made the following Written Ministerial Statement. I am pleased to announce that the refreshed Compact, which outlines how the Government will work together with the third sector, has been launched today. The new Compact is clearer, shorter and easier to use and is a clear symbol of the Government’s continued commitment to working with the third sector. It will be a valuable tool in helping to build partnerships in the years to come. Copies of the Compact have been placed in the Library and on the Cabinet Office website: www.cabinet office.gov.uk/third_sector.aspx.
