English Devolution and Community Empowerment Bill 2024-26: progress of the bill
The English Devolution and Community Empowerment Bill 2024-26 was introduced into the House of Commons on 10 July 2025. Second reading took place on 2 September 2025. Committee stage took place between 16 September and 28 October 2025. Report stage and third reading took place on 24 and 25 November 2025.
