Antisocial Behaviour Orders: Havering

Question: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many anti-social behaviour orders have been issued to people living in the London Borough of Havering in each year since 2011.

Answer: Information on numbers of Anti-Social Behaviour Orders (ASBOs) issued, which is collected centrally by the Ministry of Justice and held on the Court Proceedings Database, does not include the constituency in which the ASBO recipient resides. This detailed information is only held by courts on individual case files and is not reported to the Ministry of Justice.

It is therefore not possible to determine from centrally held information how many people in the London Borough of Havering have been issued with an ASBO.
