To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, if he will (a) investigate whether JC Bamford Excavators has supplied equipment which has been used in construction of illegal settlements and destruction of Palestinian homes and (b) make an assessment of whether that company has contravened the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
