Committal Proceedings: Council Tax

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many people did not keep up with suspended committal order payments for council tax debt in England and Wales in each year between 2010 and 2018.

The Ministry of Justice does not centrally hold the information requested.
Local Authorities are the responsible prosecuting body for council tax evasion and hold the relevant information regarding council tax debts.
