To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what the average vehicle availability rate was for (a) Chinook, (b) Wildcat Mk1, (c) Wildcat Mk2 and (d) Merlin HM2 in each year since 2018.
- Answer

The Royal Navy, and Joint Helicopter Command, hold and maintain an appropriate amount of all their platforms to meet operational requirements. I am withholding further information on the number of platforms available for operational deployment for security reasons.
