Reported incidents include all repairs associated with heating and hot water and are not limited to total loss of heating or hot water.
In line with the Future Defence Infrastructure Services Built Estates contract, contractors are obliged to respond to the loss of heating immediately to make buildings safe, and within 12 hours to restore functionality for certain asset types, including Single Living Accommodation. For less operationally critical buildings, functionality should be restored within five working days.
