To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the answer of 22 June 2026, to Question 8767, on Flags: Palestine, whether (a) the Progress flag and (b) the variant of the Progress Flag with the Palestinian flag incorporated, have deemed consent.

Flag advertisements which benefit from deemed consent are set out in Class 7 of Schedule 3 to The Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisement) (England) Regulations 2007. Guidance on the planning rules for flags can be found on gov.uk here.
