To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether the (i) Government Communications Service, (ii) Government Media Unit and (iii) New Media Unit holds a list of which (a) departments and (b) ALBs have a policy of not posting on X.

The Cabinet Office does not centrally hold a record of policies adopted by individual government departments or Arm’s Length Bodies regarding the use of specific social media platforms. Individual departments manage their own organic accounts, ensuring that activity is proportionate, appropriate, and relevant to their audiences.
