To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether the UK Statistics Authority is bound by Election guidance for civil servants, issued in March 2026.

The UK Statistics Authority is a non-ministerial government department and is therefore covered by the elections guidance for civil servants issued in March 2026 in respect of the May 2026 elections.
