Correction to statement - Energy Infrastructure Projects, UIN HLWS2
In reference to the statement I made today titled Energy Infrastructure Projects, UIN HLWS2, I wish to correct the record that ‘the Secretary of State must make a decision on an application within three months of the receipt of the Examining Authority’s report’, rather than four as originally stated.
