Proceeding contribution from Stephen Doughty (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 12 December 2017. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee of the Whole House (HC) on European Union (Withdrawal) Bill.

European Union (Withdrawal) Bill
