To ask Her Majesty’s Government, further to the Written Answer by Earl Attlee on 29 November (WA 80), (1) how often the Contracts Awards Committee has met this year; (2) who are the members of this committee; and (3) whether it keeps minutes that are accessible to members of the public.[HL3910]

Between 10 January and 3 October 2012 the Contract Awards Committee has met on 20 occasions.
The membership of the Contract Awards Committee varies depending on the project or projects under discussion.
Minutes of the Contract Awards Committee are kept by relevant project teams. For reasons of commercial confidentiality, they are not accessible to members of the public.
