To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what steps his Department is taking to (a) ensure that there is an acceptable standard of training, equipment, accommodation and recruitment for the Royal Gibraltar Regiment and (b) facilitate the delivery of the Armed Forces Covenant in Gibraltar.
