Question
Whether it is compatible with the Race Relations Act 1976 (as amended) and the proposed Equality Bill for counter-terrorist and other police officers to use their powers of stop, search and arrest on the basis of generalisations or assumptions about Muslims and terrorism. [HL 1589].
