Aircraft Emissions

- To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what assessment he has made of the merits of low emissions passenger aircraft.

It is for the industry to work towards improved emissions performance of passenger aircraft within a policy framework set by the international community and by increasing Government and market expectations of environmental responsibility.
