Various questions on effect of global temperature rise on third world countries: flooding of agricultural land & loss of agricultural income & output; research commissioned into effects of global warming & sea level rise; nos of people forced to relocate & expected population growth rates in areas likely to be flooded & estiamted global cost of building sea defences - Inc ref to study by Intergovernmental Panel on climate change (IPCC) (copies to be placed in Library when published) & ODA study on options for limiting carbon dioxide emissions in developing countries (will place copy in Library - Dep 6101)
