If he has had any discussions with his United States counterpart concerning the deployment in the United Kingdom and other European NATO countries of new B61-4/10 nuclear warheads made from modified W85 warheads withdrawn from Pershing II missiles under the Treaty of Washington on Intermediate Nuclear Forces.
