- To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what the Government's per capita spending was in (a) England, (b) Scotland, (c) Wales and (d) Northern Ireland in (i) 2004-05, (ii) 2005-06, (iii) 2006-07, (iv) 2007-08 and (v) 2008-09.
