- To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether they are making representations to the Government of the United States concerning the alleged refusal of due process, over claims of abduction, false imprisonment and torture in the cases of Binyam Mohamed, Maher Arar and Khaled el-Masri.

The Government made representations to the United States of America Government seeking the release to the UK from Guantanamo Bay of British nationals, and, exceptionally, former legal UK residents, including Binyam Mohamed. However, it would not be appropriate to make representations regarding the judicial decisions made in the cases named in this question.
