Question: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) pursuant to the written ministerial statement of 25 November 2011, Official Report, columns 42-4WS, on Youth Contract, what Barnett consequentials will be provided for (a) Wales, (b) Scotland and (c) Northern Ireland in connection with the Youth Contract;
