What method and criteria will be adopted in deciding the membership of the proposed Foundation for Sport and the Arts; how many individuals from each of the Sports Council, the Scottish Sports Council, the Sports Council for Wales, the Sports Council for Northern Ireland, the British Olympic Asscn, the Central Council for Physical Recreation, the DES, the Arts Council, the Pools Promoters Asscn, the AMA, the ADC, the ACC, the COSLA & the Assocn of Local Authorities in Northern Ireland will be included in the membership of the proposed foundation for sport & the arts; & what other organisations will be represented; what estimate of the ratio of funding between sport & the arts by the new foundation for sport & the arts; & how many staff will be employed by it. - Inc ref to 188 c163-81.
