- If Royal Air Force personnel provided a pre-flight briefing to the crew of the Portugese Air Force helicopter involved in an aircraft proximity incident at Perth Airfield on 6th June 1994; and what was the minimum height authorised for the aircraft's flight in Low Flying Area 14. - Briefing was given and the minimum height authorised for the sorties was 100 ft minimum separation distance.
