- What projects his Dept has funded and is funding or planning (a) alone and (b) in partnership in Nigeria and in Ogoniland; if he will list amount of funding and organisations involved; if he will list all projects and funding where ODA is in partnership with (a) Shell and (b) oil industry and to list projects in Nigeria in each year for last 10 years. - My rthon and noble Friend the Minister for Overseas Development will write to the hon Member.
