- If HMGovt will publish a strategic overview of their proposals for developments in next 10 years to meet Northern Irelands energy needs; and if they will take into account in any such overview study by Dept of Economic Development commissioned by Director of Electricity Supply for Northern Ireland, competition factors in supply of electricity, proposal for domestic electricity tariffs to be altered in favour of larger industrial and commercial users, potential for combined heat and pwoer, and planned electricity and gas pipeline linkages with Scotland.
