- What discussions he, or his predecessors, have held since 1982 with his counterpart in the United States, or with officials in the United States Department of Defense in regard to (a) the implications for United Kingdom policy of the United States removing Iraq from its priority list of terrorist states and (b) the provision of arms, military equipment or defence related technology to Iraq by the United States or its allies.
