- To comment on outlining the benefits which will accrue to the manufacturing, construction and retailing sectors of the United Kingdom economy through the acceptance of Agenda 21 of the Rio Declaration of June 1992; and what assessment HMGovt have undertaken of costs to date and by year 2000 of complying; to to comment on information which PM has about extent to which other signatory countries to agenda 21 of Rio declaration of June 1992 have begun to implement measures in keeping with agenda which affect their manufacturing, construction and retailing industries. - (Holding answer 6 July 1994).
