What was the minimum authorised altitude for the flight by three Tornado F.3 aircraft of No. 29 Squadron Royal Air Force from Canadian Forces Base Goose Bay which overflew the community of Rigolet, Labrador, at approximately 2 p.m. on 12th April. - 2000ft.
