- How many small claims cases in 1991-92 and 1992-93 were (a) personal injury cases, (b) consumer goods cases and (c) debt reclamation; in how many small personal injury claims in past year the defendant has been represented by a barrister; how many proceedings were issued in the county courts in 1991-92 & 1992-93 of less than £1, 000, between £1,000 & £2,500 and between £2,500 & £5,000; & what proportion of county court cases in the value of £1,000-£2,500 & £2,500-£5,000 were debt recoupment, personal injury & consumer goods cases. - Disproportionate cost.
