If, in considering the future of the runway at the erstwhile RAF station at Elvington, near York, he will undertake to give first priority to potential purchasers representing recreational organizations; if disposal of runway & flying facilities will be with or without flying rights; to list potential alternative uses being considered for runway & what consideration has been given to practicality of dismantling of runway for provision of construction infill; what proposals are there for retaining or disposing of headquarters building & residential accommodation; what proposals are under consideration or what decisions taken for future of all or part of runway.
