If he will list those of his Department's advisory non-departmental public bodies which the Government is required to (a) consult prior to legislative proposals and (b) publish its response to advice from; and have a statutory base, publish their advice to Government, publish an annual report and lay an annual report before Parliament; whether statutory requirement; and hold public meetings, conduct public consultation exercises, conduct consultation exercises with outside commercial interest, publish a register of members interests, publish agendas for meetings and publish the minutes of meetings; whether statutory requirement. - Information could not be obtained in the time available before Prorogation.
