What was general Government expenditure in Scotland in (a) identifiable, (b) non identifiable, (c) programme and (d) other expenditure categories, in the last year for which figures are available. - Ref to table 7.7 of "Public Expenditure Statistical Analyses 1996-97" Cm 3201. Mr. Richards: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what was general Government expenditure in Scotland in (a) identifiable, (b) non identifiable, (c) programme and (d) other expenditure categories, in the last year for which figures are available.
